About Dr. Arami

Mondi

Dr. Arami graduated with top honors from the prestigious SUNY Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in Buffalo, New York. She completed her general practice residency at the renowned Gensee Hospital in Rochester, New York after she received her New York State Dental Certification. Dr. Arami also holds an undergraduate degree in Chemistry from Case Western Reserve in Cleveland, Ohio, where she specialized in dental material research. At the Eastman Dental Research Institute in Rochester, New York Dr. Arami studied for five years under the guidance of J.B.D. Featherstone Ph.D, (currently Dean of UCSF School of Dental Medicine) researching the beneficial effects of Fluoride, and has published numerous papers on the subject.

After receiving her California Dental Certification in 1991, Dr. Arami established her practice in California and currently resides in Burlingame with her husband and two children. Dr. Arami enjoys playing the piano, reading, and yoga, and in her spare time volunteers at the Montana Cheyenne Native American Reservation.

She is active in the local community as well, and is a standing member of the American Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry.
